There is an almost infinite number of aids for everyday situations. In the first section is a list of links to various websites of resource suppliers that I have found over time. Of course there are many more and everyone decides for themselves which supplier is the right one.

I did not look for any auxiliary equipment suppliers outside of Switzerland and therefore did not list them. You are welcome to send me links for other countries and I can add them to the list.

HeadUp Collar by TalarMade
This neck brace was developed in England in collaboration with ALS patients. Compared to other headrests / neck ruffs, the idea here was to achieve a comfortable fit and a look that is as little noticeable as possible in public. This essentially consists of a pleasant black fabric that encloses the neck, as well as various plastic elements that can be arranged and adapted individually.

Personal conclusion:
My neck circumference is currently so large that the frill is a bit tight for me even with the extension. The fabric feels comfortable and with the possibility of setting up an individual head position, everyone should find a suitable position. The plastic sticks for this can be heated and deformed with a hair dryer. This adjustment appears to be very simple in the instructions, but it took some patience and trial and error, at least for us.
If the neck muscles are weakened so much that you can hardly make any head movement, this seems to me to be a good solution. As long as the neck muscles are strong enough to actively move the head - as it does with me - it feels more constricting and the "constant" struggle against resistance ultimately caused me more fatigue than relief.

Wrist cuff
These cuffs help you hold the training equipment when you don't have enough strength in your hands.
Optional distributor in Switzerland: Strack

Personal conclusion:
It is very easy to use and the holding power leaves nothing to be desired. I can highly recommend it for training on the Motomed or in fitness.
